Justin is a Partner with KGBPA where his practice primarily focuses on real estate acquisition, sales, and financing; probate, trust, and guardianship administration and litigation; and estate planning and asset protection.
Justin has counseled countless clients through their residential and commercial transactions. His clients are wide-ranging and include first time home buyers, investors, commercial landlords and tenants, and private and institutional lenders. Justin is committed to providing an efficient and transparent closing experience for all his clients and prides himself on his ability to collaborate with all parties to a transaction.
Justin also assists clients throughout the State of Florida in the areas of probate, trust, and guardianship administration and litigation and frequently co-counsels with personal injury attorneys to file estates and guardianships required to settle claims brought on behalf of the injured.

- Assisted in the representation of a partner in a joint venture’s sale of 336-unit apartment complex in Bradenton, Florida for $39,000,000.
- Assisted in the representation of a corporate client in its sale of $11,000,000 industrial/commercial property, a 1031 like-kind exchange, and the purchase of replacement property.
- Represented buyer in purchase of freestanding retail/commercial property with existing national franchise tenants.
- Assisted in the favorable settlement for custom homeowner in an action filed against general contractor for construction defects, negligence, and breach of contract.
- Assisted in the favorable settlement in an action against borrower to collect on cross-collateralized continuing guarantys for large-scale multi-family investment properties.
- Assisted in the representation of buyer in connection with a $70,000,000 Class A+ 538-unit apartment complex including securing private financing, the negotiation of a post-closing management agreement with a national property manager, and the negotiation of profit/asset management agreements among joint venture partners.
- Assisted in the favorable settlement in action brought against seller and former tenant of commercial property for fraud and conspiracy to defraud.
- Assisted in the representation of buyer in connection with a $22,000,000 acquisition of apartment complex, including securing Fannie Mae underwritten financing, the negotiation of a post-closing management agreement with a national property manager, and the negotiation of profit/asset management agreements among joint venture partners.
- Assisted in the representation of buyer in connection with a multi-million-dollar acquisition of a commercial condominium unit, including the negotiation of a twenty-year NNN lease with national restaurant franchise tenant.
