Adam F. Golden earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center and became a member of the Florida Bar in 2012. During summers, Mr. Golden interned for Lex International, LLC., the first privately established law firm in Moscow, Russia, and for Pro-Pravo, LLC., an in-house law firm acting on behalf of various oil and gas companies in Moscow, Russia.
Prior to law school, Mr. Golden attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Arts, majoring in philosophy and sociology.
Immediately upon graduation from law school, Mr. Golden moved to Moscow, Russia where he worked as an attorney for Pro-Pravo, LLC., focusing his practice in international business law and transactions, dispute resolution, and contract law. Mr. Golden currently acts in the capacity of as “of counsel” for Pro-Pravo, LLC, in an advisory capacity for new business ventures.
Mr. Golden also currently advises an oversight committee for Korsarneft, LLC., an oil management company, where he provides guidance to various businesses in the development of various oil-and-gas projects throughout Russia and Turkmenistan.
Mr. Golden is the most recent addition to Kramer & Golden, P.A., where his vast experience in contract law and dispute resolution will aid clients in drafting and reviewing contracts, assisting in corporate and business representation and formation, and litigation matters.
